At Rancho La Carrera, we raise free-range cattle on natural forage and high-yield pastures, using sustainable management practices that produce premium meat renowned for its Sonoran flavor and quality.
For decades, we have nurtured the land and honed our livestock practices to maintain a balance between nature, genetics, and animal welfare.
Meat Production Partnerships
We raise Brangus cattle, the foundation of our herd, and have carefully incorporated Angus and Balancer genetics to produce the highest-quality stock. All our cattle have certified traceability through SENASICA and SINIIGA, meeting the strictest health and origin standards recognized by beef packers.
In response to the U.S. border closure for cattle exports, we are building domestic partnerships to support a sustainable, 100% Mexican production focused on performance and consistency.
Sonora Free-Range Hunting
