At Rancho La Carrera, we deliver unforgettable hunting experiences in Sonora’s high country. Our private lands, managed year-round, offer rare access to Coues Whitetail Deer and Gould’s Turkey.
Our roots trace back to the 1950s. What started as one ranch is now a family-run network anchored in sustainable Angus and Brangus cattle production. Whether you're here for the hunt or the heritage, we offer a unique blend of tradition, adventure, and hospitality.
Our Founder
Carlos Sergio Loreto is a lifelong cattleman and conservation advocate. A leader in advancing Angus and Brangus genetics in Mexico, he served on the board of the Unión Ganadera Regional de Sonora and holds a master’s from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Carlos leads a USDA-certified cattle program focused on sustainable beef production and hosts hunters from around the world, sharing the beauty and tradition of the Sierra Madre.
